Jomoro Mp, Deputy Transport Minister Honoured With Best Deputy Minister Award

The Member of Parliament for Jomoro and Ghana’s Deputy Minister for Transport, Honourable Dorcas Affo Toffey, has been honoured with the Best Deputy Minister Award at the Ministers of State Excellence Honors.

Speaking after receiving the award, Honourable Toffey expressed appreciation for the recognition, describing it as a reflection of the collective efforts within the Ministry of Transport, the confidence reposed in her by the President of Ghana, and the continued support of Ghanaians, particularly her constituents in Jomoro.

She said the award would serve as motivation to further advance the country’s transport sector through effective policy implementation, infrastructure development, and improved service delivery aimed at enhancing national growth.

Honourable Toffey dedicated the recognition to the people of Ghana and attributed the achievement to what she described as divine grace and guidance throughout her public service career, adding that she remains committed to national development.

She reaffirmed her dedication to duty, stressing that there is still significant work ahead, and expressed optimism that “the best is yet to come.”
