NAWOJ Anambra Adopts Obimma as Spiritual Father

The Anambra State Chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) has adopted the Spiritual Director of Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry, Uke, Reverend Father Emmanuel Obimma, as its Spiritual Father.

The group, led by State Chairperson, Comrade Tochukwu Ifejika, made the declaration during a Holy Mass at Saint Iwene Tansi Catholic Church, Umudioka, where a special plaque was presented to the cleric, popularly known as Father Ebube Mmonso.

Comrade Ifejika said the decision reflects the members’ belief in his spiritual leadership and recognition of his charismatic ministry, encouraging him to remain steadfast in his service to God.

In his response, Reverend Father Obimma expressed gratitude for the honour and assured the association of his continued prayers, while urging members to uphold objectivity and professionalism in their journalism practice.

The Mass featured prayers, praise, worship, and thanksgiving.
